#1 - Oliver Thompson, Faculty of Liberal Arts (Character played by A. S.)
Club or Secret Society: Metamorphosis Faction Devington's students - Faculty: Liberal Arts - Metamorphosis - Gender: any - Player's Age: any - Advices: VILLA - this character sleeps in the Villa, with camping bed and sleeping bag
Teaser: Thompson tends to romanticise everything, to lose themself in complex and intricate tales, full of poetry and hopes and dreams. They believe in predestination, fairy tales and magic, which is why they firmly believe that their destiny is among the Donors, like their uncle, the famous John Thompson, the Donor who chose to go on beyond the third surgery for the love of his country.
So if you have to die for others, you might as well dedicate yourself to them in life. That is why they try to make their current life full of gentleness, affection, kind gestures and courtesy. If this is destiny, one might as well be remembered for something good. They take as examples the divas of silent films, or the heroes of black and white adventure films.

Metamorphosis
The Metamorphosis are a group related to the cult of Dionysus and Bacchus, to pleasures taken to the extreme, and to change. They push themselves to excess, thus seeking to touch higher peaks of knowledge and understanding, as well as pleasure. They are tied to nature, feelings, sexuality, personal growth and animality: in fact, it is said that each member is associated with a beast, and can only leave it behind when they have reached the highest evolution of themselves. On the night of their initiation, you might hear the group members howling, or meowing, or who knows?Relations: O. Thompson, J. Wilson, J. Stonehouse, J. Bennett and N. Cave are a group of students who come from families with many Donors. That is why they bonded with each other.
You lost your virginity to C. Evans during your first-year initiation rite. From that moment on, you idealised and romanticised your shared story.
L. Hill intrigues you, you plan to deepen your relationship and find out more about them.
#2 - Julien Wilson, Faculty of Liberal Arts (Character played by A. Z.)
Club or Secret Society: Metamorphosis Faction Devington's students - Faculty: Liberal Arts - Metamorphosis - Gender: any - Player's Age: any - Advices: VILLA - this character sleeps in the Villa, with camping bed and sleeping bag
Teaser: Wilson loves showmanship. They love drama, tear-jerking films, scenes in the middle of the street. They love to turn heads when they walk by, to put on shows. Their ostentatious confidence hides a fragility that they tend to mask with their excesses. Behind appearances they rarely allow themself to show weakness and insecurity. J. is a fascinating enigma, the kind of person who changes your life when you meet them. Sometimes their attitude can come across as contrived, as if they were constantly performing on a stage. But they love beauty, art, everything that crosses the line of what is allowed. Like entering into the lives of others and disrupting them. And then leaving. Just enough to avoid being affected in turn. They have difficulty admitting their limitations and insecurities.

L. Hill idealises you, as if you were a character in their stories.
You often compete with V. Roger for university awards and prizes.
You and V. Poole are often in tandem. You are partners in your excesses and share a love of the limelight.
#3 - Clarence Evans, Faculty of Liberal Arts (Character played by L. F.)
Club or Secret Society: Metamorphosis Faction Devington's students - Faculty: Liberal Arts - Metamorphosis - Gender: any - Player's Age: any - Advices: VILLA - this character sleeps in the Villa, with camping bed and sleeping bag
Teaser: It is impossible to describe Evans without mentioning these three words: sex, romance and excess. They love to experiment, are openly bisexual, fall in love often and are not afraid to show it. They have a great talent for making people feel loved, and for bringing them into their inner circle, where Evans is able to nurture their self-esteem and confidence. They want to be the most important person in people's lives, the very centre of their existence.
Just before entering school, they had a child and decided to go on to university anyway, entrusting it to an adoption system, in order to focus on their future. Nowadays, they try to forget the feelings of guilt for that abandonment by trying to fill their life with love, in every form, including the more overtly sensual, sexual and over the top.

Thompson's virginity in your freshman year, during the Metamorphosis initiation. You don't consider it a big deal and don't give it too much thought.
You recently hooked up with H. Morris at a party.
I. Griffths always hangs around you, you have a feeling that they would like to seduce you.
You have often thought that you would like to seduce a teacher: you fancy B. Walters, but you have sensed, on several occasions, a special interest from Cunningham.
#16 - Valerian Poole, Faculty of Science (Character played by S. M.)
Club or Secret Society: Metamorphosis Faction Devington's students - Faculty: Science - Metamorphosis - Gender: any - Player's Age: any - Advices: VILLA - this character sleeps in the Villa, with camping bed and sleeping bag
Teaser: Irreverent, hedonistic, disrespectful and contrarian, Poole doesn't seem to take anything or anyone seriously. Life is now and it is worth squeezing out the last drop. They love to play pranks, take the centre stage and defy authority, with the attitude of a cynical rebellion.
People mutter that Poole can only get away with it because they come from a rich and influential family and only attended elite schools, or that Poole's extreme narcissism prevents them from having any real friendships.
Poole laughs at the superficiality of others, and artfully conceals their true nature, their weaknesses and fears.

On the night of their initiation, you might hear the group members howling, or meowing, or who knows?Relations: B. Henton, W. Hutton-Finch, V. Poole and J. Bennett attended the same boarding school before Devington. It is not easy to keep friendships alive if you do not share interests and attend different courses. You miss W. Hutton-Finch, they are among the few people you have ever really opened your heart to.
You have a close friendship with L. Reece, with whom you share life's pleasures and a passion for pranks and shenanigans. You are kindred souls.
You also have a good relationship with J. Wilson, you think you are quite similar, after all, and not only in appearances.
I. Crooks is the perfect person to play a prank on: they always react in an over-the-top way.
You paid D. Baker to write a paper for you.
You played a cruel joke on J. Howard and expect revenge.
#17 - Logan Reece, Faculty of Science (Character played by D. S.)
Club or Secret Society: Metamorphosis Faction Devington's students - Faculty: Science - Metamorphosis - Gender: any - Player's Age: any - Advices: VILLA - this character sleeps in the Villa, with camping bed and sleeping bag
Teaser: Reece loves being the centre of attention more than anything else. They cannot stand authority and impositions, or at least that is what they claim. For this reason they often indulge in pranks and shenanigans, and display and air of superiority and indifference. They love to look at themselves in the mirror, they put very little effort into their studies and have risked disciplinary action several times.
Their parents are middle-class Gifted who expect the best of them, and perhaps because of this Reece reacts by behaving in the exact opposite way. They want to be different, to stand out from the crowd, to ignore formalities and even their own privileges. Often without realising that it is thanks to these that they are able to wear their flamboyant bohemian hedonist mask.
Rather vain and egotistical in character, they are brilliant, talented and high-spirited. However, they often voluntarily chooses to put their good qualities aside in favour of their showmanship. The show must go on.

Thanks to this a real friendship has developed between you.
You can't stand A. Collins hovering around you.
You played a prank on C. Preston which cost you a three-day suspension. You made them come accross yearbook photos of students whom they had mentored, all of whom had ended up as Donors. You labelled the photos "at least you tried!".
You feel some sexual tension towards C. Marshall.
#31 - Helen Mason, Faculty of Law (Character played by K. S.)
Club or Secret Society: Metamorphosis Faction Devington's students - Faculty: Law - Metamorphosis - Gender: any - Player's Age: any - Advices: VILLA - this character sleeps in the Villa, with camping bed and sleeping bag
Teaser: The greatest challenge to Mason, a rising star at Devington, is coming to terms with the death by suicide of their older brother Paul. As children the two siblings were inseparable, twin souls complementing the strengths and short-comings of each other. When Mason received the letter of admission from Devington, it was as such the anticipation of following in Paul’s footsteps that sparked the most excitement. With stuffed luggage at home and a driver waiting outside to leave for campus, the news came that Paul had killed himself. From that very moment, tortured by implacable pain and remorse, two different identities seized hold of Mason’s mind. There is now the old Mason; a fun-loving prankster, ever sociable, witty, drawn to parties and crowds. But there is also the legacy of a lost brother, manifesting through harsh solemnity, decadence and self-destructive tendencies. On the one hand, Mason wants to embrace their own identity, unique and detached from the traumatic memories of Paul. On the other hand, Mason feels a burden of responsibility to carry on Paul’s story, even to the point of emulating the brother’s attitudes, habits and mannerisms. These conflicting identities leave Mason vulnerable to bipolar episodes, shifting back and forth in a frantic wrestle, trying to live not one, but two lives at once.

On the night of their initiation, you might hear the group members howling, or meowing, or who knows?Relations: F. Fisher and T. Gloves are to blame for not preventing your brother's death - it's because of them that the syringe Paul used to take his own life had fallen into his hands. But above all you blame C. Preston, who should have been his mentor.
You and O. Britton are inseparable, you share a deep bond.
You cherish the moments after the choir practice with S. Bromfield. You can have fun and chat with class and wit. With them, you feel free to express yourself.
L. Gibbs read tarot cards for you once, and in doing so mentioned your brother. The event shook you, and you do not know how you should conduct yourself towards them. Do they really have a mystical insight, or do they lie? What do they know about your life?
M. Scott wrote an article about Paul, in your first year at Devington. You didn't take it well, and you had a fight in the yard.
Normally I. Crooks scares you, but when you are in Metamorphosis everything changes: Crooks suddenly appears to you as someone deeply fascinating.
#32 - Ira Crooks, Faculty of Law (Character played by S. L.)
Club or Secret Society: Metamorphosis Faction Devington's students - Faculty: Law - Metamorphosis - Gender: any - Player's Age: any - Advices: VILLA - this character sleeps in the Villa, with camping bed and sleeping bag
Teaser: Rarely able to stand still for longer than ten seconds, Crooks is not a student who keeps orderly files of notes from lectures, or someone who hunches over the pages of a book reading chapter after chapter on end. Crooks is a whirlwind, constantly thrashing about and expressing most of their emotions through physical gestures, rather than long-winded conversations. Many students are intimidated by Crooks, whose aura of ferocity and powerful, pent-up energy sends shivers through whatever object or person unfortunate enough to stand in their way. Despite having belaboured their gruff, threatening facade to the point of exhaustion, in an effort to appear untouchable, the depth of Crooks’ character and the movement of their heart is evident for all to see. Behind a mask of cruelty and aggressive gestures a sensitive soul is in desperate search for affirmation. Crooks is very private as a person and carefully selects who they will let close to their skin. Few people know, for example, that Crooks’ father is involved with the ministerial processes that divide the Gifted from the Donors.

You will not let it slide easily, even if it is an innocent prank.
You frighten H. Mason. But when you are in Metamorphosis, they suddenly seems to find attractive your furious way of losing control .
A. Owen has an obsession with the idea of saving you. You cannot stand this behaviour.
J. Bennet is always watching you, following you, admiring you, even using you as poetic inspiration. As soon as you realised this, you became very intimidated.
D. Baker does not seem afraid of you, unlike the others. They tried to approach you with sarcasm, but it did not work very well. You were left, however, with the niggling feeling that Baker might actually be a kindred spirit, and you regret not having explored the possibility.
#48 - Belisarius Walters, Professor of Latin (Character played by F. S.)
Club or Secret Society: Metamorphosis Faction Professors and university staff - Faculty: Professors - Metamorphosis - Gender: any - Player's Age: any - Advices: VILLA - this character sleeps in the Villa, with camping bed and sleeping bag
Teaser: With slight movements, like adjusting the glasses on the tip of their nose, Walters can make an entire classroom tremble in fear. According to Walters, there is no room for deadline extensions, excuses, or mistakes. If a student fails to deliver an assignment on time, or deigns to break a single rule - even the most miniscule - their punishment will be severe. Walters has a piercing gaze that judges whoever is in front of them critically, never bothering to hide behind a friendly or diplomatic facade, regardless of whether the person at hand is a student or a fellow colleague. Walters’ scrupulousness stems from their belief that they are a follower of Ovid’s teachings in the Metamorphoses. The great driving forces of Knowledge and Love, which inform human action in the Ovidian mythos, are also the forces that drive Walters. In the pursuit of Knowledge one must be principled and steadfast. Love, understood as the highest purity and clarity of the soul, is then the natural consequence of life lived in arduous self-improvement and consistent advancement of one’s Knowledge. If there is Knowledge, there is Love, and vice versa. Embracing this harmony of things, Walter is able to freely communicate their feelings and opinions without qualms, shame or sin. Rigour and discretion, Knowledge and Love with no restraints. Walters has learned how to wield the power of their philosophy. And so, knows the time and place for everything.

Cunningham and C. Preston. They have not yet understood what it means to teach at Devington.
C. Evans has an ambiguous attitude towards you.
You have particularly bonded with F. Sullivan.
You once caught D. Jennings, in the teachers' lounge, hiding a bottle of gin or some other alcohol.
