When the Khalasar called, Addro was not ready. His long braid tinkling with bells was cut off almost effortlessly, in the dark of that night lit by a thousand fires. After a lifetime riding horses, at the service of Khal Shiko, he'd allowed himself to be caught right at the wrongest time. Because a drunk and humiliated Ko is not even worthy of death. From that moment on fighting for his life, outside the Khalasar along with his shattered pride, was the hardest battle.
Maybe joining the Company saved him from an inevitable end as a vagrant or perhaps it'll bring him even closer to death. But a Dothraki is always ready to face the end in battle; the same cannot be said of a life in exile.
But if really it must be death, let it at least be far from all these 'maegi' who plague us with their presence and defy the sacred laws of nature.
