Played by : E. c.
Motto: | There's a degree of callous falseness which is called a clear conscience. | (F. Nietzsche)
Group: El pueblo
Teaser:
A nice mansion, couture dresses and galas: Amelia lives an upscale life, never asking, all deserving. She shares her fortune with the poors, those in need, organizing fundraising dinners, financing charity events, blaming her friends’ indifference and being the patroness of a soup kitchen run by the nuns. For many of her powerful friends charity is only one of her eccentric entertainments, one less interesting that her being able to speak with the dead. A woman of rare Christian morality, she smiles listening when she’s complimented on her good heart, and gracefully complies, when asked to show her talent.
Relations:
She once asked Josè Lopez Olivares to run a clinic for the less fortunate, but he laughed at her, telling her that if he’d wanted to be in charity business, then he’d be a priest. He’s nothing like the pious and good hearted Carmela Castro a charitable, dear girl that works in the soup kitchen. Sister Ana Luz de la Vega runs the soup kitchen, she’s capable and strong mindend.
