Spoiled, bored, empty soul born from boredom… Basclay, is a cannibal who doesn't eat flesh but sufferance and pain. His hunger comes from fear of void, bore, and everything that is immoral, wrong, distasteful, dangerous, calls for him and makes him hunger. Villa Grimaldi and the DINA are a safe haven where all the entertainment needed is provided. He made a passion out of his work. He bites, hungry, on what he has now, with the desperation of a hungered carnivor, least someone try to steal his prey from him, taking away the sense he found in his life.
Relations:
The attraction with Teresa Orosio Navarro is somehow intoxicating and he thrives in it. Outside work he constantly fears boredom, but luckily Eduardo Sandoval is one of the few able to entertain him. He doesn’t get along with Manuel Contreras ; the Colonel predictable hunger for power bores him.
