Cave believes in the importance of education and, above all, in the Donation programme. They think that a person's worth is measured by their dedication to a noble purpose, and becoming a Donor is the noblest purpose of all. Their family history proves this: both their uncle and sister are Donors. They think there can be no better way to prove their worth, they despise those who do not understand the honour of becoming a Donor and, even more so, those who cannot make clear decisions.
However, over the years Devington has become a second home, and the friends they have made: a second family. They have found that their anticipation of the final day is tainted with worry. They have gained much from school: interests, loves, challenges, opportunities. They would never have imagined that it would be so difficult to leave them behind. Fantasies of Donor glory are mixed with hopes for a future that seems to be just beginning. They are ashamed of their doubts, but they cannot escape them. Are they building a future for themself or are they betraying everything they have always believed in?

Orbium caelestium

Those who look at the stars, look the right way. Members of the Orbium Caelestium wonder about the movement of the planets, the starry skies, and are guided by the suggestions of the zodiac, astronomy and astrology. They are said to be able to see the future, or at least that is what they strive to do: to know themselves and outline what is to come, probing into the complex workings of the cosmos. The Orbium does not only believe in Magic. The Orbium is magic. It shapes the world according to complex processes, which can be read in the stars or in ancient stories, in tarot cards or in unknown runes. For the members of this secret society, there is so much more than just Reality.
