Kowmang is committed to providing a safe and stable working environment, and in order to do this it signed a contract with one of the top security providers. Star Helix personnel has been tasked with keeping the asteroid peaceful and quiet, which is no easy task. Tough shifts and people coming from every corner of the Sol System living together in secluded quarters make for a volatile mix. Making sure that employees respect their schedules and shift duties, and that there are no criminal activities on the station are the main assignments.
Occasionally, Star Helix may be tasked with searching for a specific person charged with crimes on Mars, Earth or the Belt.
Being a Star Helix officer means being able to notice every odd detail, to keep every situation under control and to enforce the regulations and security requests set by the company, by Mars and Earth, and by Star Helix headquarters on Ceres.

Being stationed on Icarus was like winning the jackpot! Small place means no trouble, righ? Patrolling a station like Icarus leaves lots of time that can be filled with chatting and exchanging info – after all, isn’t gathering intel part of the job too? Okita has never been the sharpest tool in the shed, but what this chatbox lacks in brains, makes up in words. Name any person, place, job, activity, Okita has seen and done them all. P. has been everywhere, seen everything, done it all... and more. Given any chance, Okita will tell you all about it, whether you want it or not. Some of those adventures may be blatantly impossible, or simply impossible to believe, but the chatty cop rarely shuts up about them, and generally reacts badly to anyone openly doubting them. The stories are grand, embelished, outlandish. Does it matter that they aren’t entirely substantiated? No. Does it matter that the story probably didn’t even happen to Okita? Also no. Does it matter that without all of the bullshit anecdotes and gossip, Okita is just a house of cards? That's a different story, one that not even P. likes to talk about - at least not peacefully.

Relations:

Frost   is an effective agent, but looks so unhappy and troubled that Okita wonders what's wrong with the Captain, and talk about it with other people... a lot. Rahal   used to be a colleague before being discharged, and probably had it coming. Mocking Rahal's situation is just too tempting. Raisin   and Adeyemi   are always chit-chatting and ready to hear new stories, which Okita loves telling!
Aki   is a weird and strange person from sci-lab always searching for components for strange experiments. Maybe it's better to refuse all requests. Okita easily gets influenced by Ortega   and Frost  : relying on the agressive and experienced colleagues usually pays off.
